Join us for a night of fun and the opportunity to support Faith Lutheran Preschool. This formal event will feature dinner, drinks, entertainment, auctions, and the chance to enhance the educational environment for the preschool. After the dinner and the auctions, there is an outdoor concert by The Duncan Brothers Band. Donations to reserve seats are all-inclusive.

Purpose

Every dollar donated will be used to enhance the educational experience.

Our Gala goal is Playground Enhancement. We hope to add a poured rubber surface to the playground, a sun sail for shade, and new playground equipment. All donations are tax-deductible and restricted for use on this project.

Donations

When you purchase seats for the Gala, the price is all-inclusive for dinner, drinks (wine, beer, cocktails), and entertainment by The Duncan Brothers band. All purchases are charitable donations to a 501 c (3) nonprofit.

When purchasing, you can choose any or all of the following options.

Purchase seats ($150)

Seats can be purchased for $150 per seat.

VIP Table ($1500)

VIP Tables cost $1500 and come with 8 seats, entry to the VIP cocktail hour, and two bottles of wine at the VIP table.

Sponsor a STaff Member ($150)

Use this option if you’d like to sponsor Gala attendance for a preschool staff member.

Direct Donation

Use this to make direct donation to the preschool Gala fund, whether or not you care to attend.

Food and Drink

Gala seats are all-inclusive for dinner, beer, wine, cocktails, and soft drinks.

VIP Tables are eligible for the VIP cocktail hour and have two chosen bottles of wine at their table.

Snacks and drinks will be served during the concert.

Duncan Brothers Band Concert

8:30 — 10:00 pm

The Duncan Brothers Band is a force to be reckoned with in the realm of country and rock, which was born from the shared passion of its founding members, Matt and Colin Duncan. Their debut single Sweet Birmingham was released on March 21st, and they have more music on the way. From classic country ballads to electrifying rock anthems, the Duncan Brothers invite you to ride the waves of their musical journey where brotherhood and harmonies blend seamlessly in every note.

Sponsorships

Would your company like to sponsor this community event? Your company can support a local service organization and advertise to the families of our community. We have two options.

Silver Sponsors $500 or more

Companies that donate $500 or more will be featured on sponsorship signage at the event. In-kind donations can be accepted for Silver Sponsorship.

Gold sponsors $2500 or More

Sponsoring our Wine Pull ($2500) or similar will mean Gold Sponsor signage at the event and a verbal recognition at the Gala. In-kind donations can be accepted for Gold Sponsorship.
