Fall Festival 2014

Does anyone call it Autumn anymore?

This past Sunday was Fall Festival. What an awesome day! God gave us good weather, and he brought a lot of people to his house to worship. So many members of Faith came together to put on a wonderful party for people of all ages. If you didn't make it out, you missed a great worship service about how to build families that last because they are built on Jesus and his forgiveness. You also missed pony and hay rides, hair and face painting, crafts, a cakewalk, raffles, a bounce house, popcorn, cotton candy, donuts, prizes, and more.

I personally got my hair painted into a mohawk which I probably will never do again, but it was pretty crazy for a crazy awesome day. So many folks commented on how great it was to have such a large, free event for families to spend their Sunday afternoon. It was great! But if you missed this year, never fear, Fall Festival will come again next year. For now, we start looking forward to our Thanksgiving Eve gathering behind the church and the beginning of Wednesday night Advent devotions. Come out and see us!

Thank you again to all our volunteers, you made it awesome! And finally, thank you to God for all the blessings he gives!

Serving Jesus with you,
Vicar Caleb Schultz
